"This app was great when it first came out, but has gone downhill the last couple of years. They will announce ways to earn points, like playing a basketball game, then they will slowly make it so that you earn less and less for the points in the game. The surveys are also becoming really deceptive. Will say 400 points for 5 minute survey. When you click on the survey and begin, the estimated time will all of a sudden change to 20 minutes, still only for 400 points. Customer service does nothing."
